The Crystal Tower

A long, long time ago far, far away there was a tower. It had been made by a wizard even longer time ago from crystal. Nobody knew why the mage made this tower on the swamp.

A bit shortet time ago the wizard died and then in the tower settled a beautiful princess. But one day a daemonic wizard's guardian cast to the from of wolf cursed her. She became a golden figure.

One day to the swamp came a brave knight. He had heard about the cursed princess and wanted to rescue her (and to get some money ;) ).

When the knight arrived at the tower the wolf attacked him. They fought for a long time, but eventually the knight defeated the daemon. He wanted to kill the enemy, but he noticed that it had the ring attached to the chain on his neck. The hero took the ring and in the same moment wolf disappeared.

The knight ran to the top of the tower. There he saw the princess in a chamber full of gold and jewelery. He put the ring on the princess' finger. She woke up and escaped with the prince.

Then they married and lived long and happily.

Moral: You don't have to know how something (eg. the ring) works. More important is that it WORKS.
