The Family Tragedy!

One day Mrs. Brewin was playing with Her cat Henry In the garden. In the same time her son with his friends were planning robbery on the City Bank. They had a brilliant idea how to steal money and escape from the police pursuit.

It was nearly lunch time. Mrs. Brewin went to the kitchen and started prepare lunch. At the same time Henry saw some delicious birds sitting on the tree brunches. He started to climb up the tree. Henry ate them all and fell asleep there.

When Mrs. Brewin finished eating her lunch she went out to smoke. Suddenly she saw the cat sleeping on the tree. She yelled: “Puss! Puss!”. Then he woke up but he was too fat to go down. He didn’t respond so she rapidly phoned the fire brigade.

Her son answered the phone but she was too nervous to recognize his voice. He wasn’t the real fireman, he was driving the stolen car after the robbery in the bank. In the same time Mrs. Brewin was really desperate so she asked her neighbor for help. He came with his dog and suddenly the cat jumped down onto the road. At the same time the fire brigade led by her son was coming home and they ran Henry over.

The fire truck skidded and crashed on the tree. After few minutes the police arrived and caught Mrs. Brewin’s son with his friends.

All the money got back to the bank, but Mrs. Brewin committed suicide because her son was in jail and her cat died.
